The ONLINE Registration for Delegates is easy and involves 3 parts:
 

Registration: Pre-registration by completing and submitting the Online Pre-Registration Form below. Please provide your full particulars as requested. For Malaysians without accommodation/transfers, please complete Particulars followed by the button under the Malaysian flag below and Submit.

 

Payment: After submitting the pre-registration, you will be directed to the Accommodation and Payment section which is an online secured payment page. Select your accommodation online and provide your credit card details for payment. You will be provided a booking/registration reference number instantly. Your credit card is charged only if there is conference seat and room availability.

 

Confirmation: Upon successful payment transaction, you will receive a Email Confirmation from WTC2007 Secretariat confirming your registration and accommodation within 24 hours. The Email Confirmation is used to collect your Conference Badge as well as for hotel check-in in Kuala Lumpur.

 


 

The OFFLINE Registration for Delegates is also easy and involves 3 parts:
 

Registration: Download your Registration Form by clicking here

Payment: Complete the Form by selecting your accommodation and providing your credit card details. Don't forget to sign the form to authorize payment.

 

Confirmation: Fax the form to WTC2007 Secretariat at 603-4252 2689. Once your payment transaction is successful, you will receive a Email Confirmation with booking/registration reference number from WTC2007 Secretariat within 24 hours. This Email Confirmation is used to collect your Conference Badge as well as for hotel check-in Kuala Lumpur.

WORLD TOURISM CONFERENCE

ACCOMMODATION & CONFERENCE PACKAGE

 

The official Conference Programme involves 2 1/2 days of intensive conference sessions followed by a half day technical tour from 4th to 6th June 2007. On 4th June 2007 is the grand Welcome Dinner hosted by the Ministry of Tourism, Malaysia. The programme also includes 3 lunches and 5 tea breaks from 4th to 6th June 2007. Airport, hotel and dinner transfers are also provided as mentioned above. 

  • Reservations are made subject to early booking and confirmation.

  • Early registration is recommended as room rates will increase as date of conference approaches.

  • Booking of double/twin rooms entitles 2 registered delegates to attend.

  • Payments are made vide a valid credit card of which will be required only upon confirmation of registration and room availability.

  • All payments are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). USD rates are provided for reference only and may fluctuate accordingly. For payment the exchange rate to use is 3.35.

  • No other conference registration fees is required.

  • Rates are subsidised by the Malaysian Government.
